Travel Letter Request Form

Medical cannabis is a controlled drug and your prescription is valid only within Jersey. If you plan to travel outside of Jersey we recommend you contact any relevant authorities such as the Home Office and/or the embassies of countries you will visit or transit in and your travel carrier to ensure you are compliant with the relevant laws and regulations regarding your medical cannabis prescription. 

We can provide you with a letter to accompany you, however, please note Carpathia Clinic takes no responsibility for any confiscated medicine or other legal matters.

Please allow a period of 2 business days for us to process your request. 

The document will be sent to you via email, a printed copy will also be available for collection from our office during our business hours.

Please note that Carpathia Clinic is closed on bank holidays.

Christmas Opening Hours | Repeat Prescription & Travel Letter Deadlines

The clinic will be closed from 24/12/2025 to 28/12/2025 (inclusive).

We will be open on 29/12 and 30/12.

The clinic will then be closed again from 31/12/2025, and our first working day back will be 05/01/2026.

Repeat Prescription deadline for collection before Christmas is 23/12/2025 at 12:00 PM. 

Repeat Prescription deadline for 30/12/2025 is also 12:00 PM.

Please note that the deadlines above also apply to Travel Letter requests.

Roseville Pharmacy will only be closed on 25/12/2025.

If you are due a consultation in December, we recommend scheduling this as soon as possible due to limited availability.
