How We Contact You

We may contact you by email to the email address provided in your client account, via telephone on the number you have provided in your account, by written communication to the postal address provided in your account or by general notice on our website.

Our Services

  1. We offer premium care consultations and effective cannabis based medicinal products for patients who suffer from conditions that existing treatments have not been effective in treating.

  2. Our doctors will make an expert assessment to evaluate if medical cannabis treatment may alleviate your condition and/or symptoms. Our team of expert clinicians will take into account your medical history, your particular needs and local/national guidelines. Issuing prescriptions is at the sole discretion of our doctors and is subject to review by our multidisciplinary clinical team.

  3. You will receive your medicine from Roseville Street Pharmacy following receipt of a medical prescription. The time taken to dispense prescriptions can vary. You understand and accept that private prescriptions are fulfilled at a charge unique to the pharmacy (including any dispensary fee), which is not under our control or the prescribing clinician’s control. It is your choice as to whether you have any prescription fulfilled.

  4. Prescriptions must be collected within 28 days of issue. No refund can be given should you fail to adhere to this condition.

  5. Once a prescription has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned or refunded due to the possibility that it has been tampered with, stored incorrectly or otherwise improperly handled. It is your responsibility to ensure that your prescription is correct prior to leaving the pharmacy.

Our Charges

  1. Appointment Fee(s): The fees for the consultation with our doctors are those set out on our website on the date you make an appointment, unless we have agreed another price in writing. We will require payment in full from you in order to proceed to book your appointment.

  2. Prescriptions: You will need to make payment to the Carpathia Clinic for your prescription, including the pharmacy's dispensing fee, prior to collection of your medication.
