Repeat Prescriptions

Once you are stable on your medication and have progressed to tri-monthly consultations, you are eligible to apply for repeat prescriptions.

Provided that you have attended a consultation in the previous 3 months, you can use the form below to request your prescription.

Should you need to change your prescription, or if it has been over three months since your last consultation, you will need to book an appointment with your consultant to discuss your needs.

Please note that personal data submitted using this form will be used for the sole purpose of processing your repeat prescription.

• Please note that repeat prescription requests may take up to 24 hours for approval, after which an invoice will be sent to your email. To ensure timely processing, submit your repeat prescription requests by 12:00 PM on Friday and complete payments by 4:30 PM on the same day. Requests and payments made after the deadlines will be processed on the next working day.  Please note that Carpathia Clinic is closed on bank holidays.

Christmas Opening Hours | Repeat Prescription & Travel Letter Deadlines

The clinic will be closed from 24/12/2025 to 28/12/2025 (inclusive).

We will be open on 29/12 and 30/12.

The clinic will then be closed again from 31/12/2025, and our first working day back will be 05/01/2026.

Repeat Prescription deadline for collection before Christmas is 23/12/2025 at 12:00 PM. 

Repeat Prescription deadline for 30/12/2025 is also 12:00 PM.

Please note that the deadlines above also apply to Travel Letter requests.

Roseville Pharmacy will only be closed on 25/12/2025.

If you are due a consultation in December, we recommend scheduling this as soon as possible due to limited availability.
